I spend a lot of time in my kitchen experimenting with local, seasonal ingredients, as well as some unusual ones. I'll share some of the recipes here, both mine and others. I'll also feature some local purveyors to encourage you to try them.

I'm not a professional chef, and I don't have any formal culinary training. But I do enjoy cooking and writing, hence the blog.
